Personal data that we process
Comer processes your personal data when you request a quote from us via our website or another channel, contact us by phone, or enter into an agreement with us. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. How long we retain personal data
Comer does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Personal data provided when requesting a quote is deleted as soon as the customer declines the quote. Personal data from customers who give their consent will be retained for personal contact during the provision of our services. If customers have not been in contact with Comer for more than two years, this personal data will be deleted (except for data required for tax purposes).
Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Comer does not sell your data to third parties and only discloses it if necessary to fulfill our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data. Comer remains responsible for these processing activities.

We also use Google’s reCAPTCHA feature on this website. This feature is primarily used to distinguish whether an entry is made by a human or through machine-based and automated processing. The service involves sending the IP address and any other data that Google requires for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. View, edit, or delete data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organization of your choice. You can send a request to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to haarlem@comer.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks. Comer would also like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Does Comer comply with the GDPR?
Absolutely, Comer has taken various measures to ensure that we comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Among other things, we have: an SSL certificate on our website, updated our privacy policy, revised our cookie policy, and implemented strict procedures regarding tracking and analytics. Where necessary, we have entered into data processing agreements with third parties that store data on our behalf. In addition, we provide customers with access to their personal data, which they can view, modify, or delete.
