CREMEUX DE BOURGOGNE, FRANCE
Creamy white cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk with edible rind. The addition of fresh cream gives the cheese not only an increased fat content of about 70%, but also a full and creamy mouthfeel.
MONTE ENEBO, ITALY
This goat cheese is handmade by cheesemaker Rafael Baez and his daughter. As a base they use goat's milk, after which the cheese is rolled through flora of Roquefort. A cheese with a special appearance as well as a creamy, spicy flavor.
MUNSTER (MARIKEL), FRANCE
Centuries ago, monks were already making this cheese in the Münster Valley. The cheese smells strongly and has a soft, slightly moist orange edible rind. Made from cow's milk, it is sweet and spicy.
NETTLE CHEESE, NETHERLANDS
Delicious (and healthy) farm cheese, made by farmer Slob from Giessenburg. The cheese is deliciously creamy and soft in taste. It is a thermized cheese, made from cow's milk.
BLUE DE WOLVEGA, FRIESLAND
Organic blue vein cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. The cheese matures for about 6 months and develops a creamy, slightly spicy flavor during this time.
