BEAUVIGNAC - SAUVIGNON BLANC - FRANCE
Pale yellow Sauvignon blanc from Languedoc, southern France. On the nose you will find clean impressions of flowers and citrus. The slightly dusty of this Sauvignon blanc even has a hint of boxwood. We like to drink it with seafood, salads and grilled fish.
BODEGAS GÓTICA - RUEDA VERDEJO - SPAIN
The choice during the Dutch spring and summer months. The Verdejo grape is pleasantly fresh with impressions of citrus fruit and melissa herb. Thanks to the pleasant aftertaste delicious for the terrace or with seafood and light starters.
CASTELNUOVO - PINOT GRIGIO 'NATURA' - ITALY
Good wine doesn't have to be so complicated. Try this supple, easy-drinking Pinot Grigio from Veneto. This Italian is slightly spicy, but is accessible with light dishes. It is also a great choice with your aperitif.
BEAUVIGNAC - PICPOUL DE PINET - FRANCE
So close to the coast and with the murmur of the sea in the background, this wine with its fresh, salty stakes really can't be missed. Bright and pale yellow in color with notes of citrus, mango, grapefruit and flowers. Classic with oysters and a perfect combo with other seafood. Also with fresh salads, asparagus and light fish dishes, this Beauvignac feels like a fish out of water.
LE MONDE TRAMINER - FRIULI - ITALY
Aromatic white wine with expressive scents of rose petals, lychee and spices.
On the palate soft and full-bodied, with a nice balance of floral notes and fresh acidity.
This refined Traminer from Friuli is an excellent choice with Asian spicy cheeses or as an aperitif with character.
NICOSIA - PASSULUNA BIANCO - ITALY
Italian temperament from native Inzolia and Zibibbo grapes. This versatile Sicilian has a bright, straw yellow color with green hues that immediately invite a refreshing sip. Upon tasting, the Passuluna reveals a soft and pleasant texture, with the balance of fruitiness and acidity providing a fresh and
lively mouthfeel. The finish is medium-long, slightly spicy, and particularly refreshing. It makes the wine perfect as an aperitif or with light fish dishes, seafood, and summer salads.
TARON TEMPRANILLO BLANCO - RIOJA - SPAIN
Exceptional wood-aged white wine made from the rare Tempranillo
Blanco grape. In the cold part of the Rioja Alta, this grape does
excellent. Lively aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and a
hint of fennel. Fresh and full at the same time, with a nice round
structure and a surprisingly long finish. An expressive
wine that goes excellently with tapas, grilled fish or white meat.
LE MONDE PINOT BIANCO - FRIULI - ITALY
Surprisingly elegant and refined white wine with delicate aromas of white flowers,
ripe peach and a hint of almond. On the palate fresh and mineral, with a soft,
round finish. This top wine from northeastern Italy is excellently balanced and
pairs perfectly with light (vegetarian) dishes, seafood or soft cheeses.
MARRONE - PIEMONTE ARNEIS 'TRE FIE' - ITALY
'Tre Fie' stands for the three granddaughters of the founder. Today, they are in charge of the Marrone winery. The white Barolo, Arneis is also known as.
And for good reason. It is a perfect white wine with scents of lime, grapefruit, apple, and fennel. Aged on its lees, this Piedmont is soft on the palate with low acidity. Just what dishes with seafood, fish, and even desserts need.

CHARLES DUPUY - SANCERRE - FRANCE
Classic tightly dry Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre with lively acidity

DOMAINE PATRICK MIOLANE - CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET 'LA CANIERE' - FRANCE
Balance in a glass. Great white Burgundy from 100% Chardonnay, from
the 'La Canière' vineyard in Chassagne-Montrachet. This wine has a brilliant
pale yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet is rich in white blossom, while the
palate reveals a distinct minerality of the terroir, rounded off with a soft,
round finish. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which contributes

Rose wines
CASTELNUOVO - PINOT GRIGIO 'BLUSH' - ITALY
Rosé wine made from white grapes. The gray (grigio) skin at the end of ripening stays with the wine a little longer. This makes it a beautiful pink color. This blush is a fruity and friendly thirst-quenching popular wine. Enjoy with a summer feeling on the terrace or with a light salad.
DOMAINE TROPEZ - CRAZY TROPEZ - FRANCE
From the vineyards surrounding seaside resort and dream destination Saint-Tropez. Hence the rich and powerful nose of strawberry and raspberry and spice. SAVINI - MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO - ITALY
Ruby red wine that sparkles slightly purple. This Savini has a violet, pleasantly fruity aroma. Its characteristically soft flavor, which is not too high in acidity, makes this Italian harmonious. Perfectly paired with poultry and spicy meats.
TARON TEMPRANILLO 4M - RIOJA CRIANZA - SPAIN
A lively, medium-bodied red wine from Rioja Alta, made from Tempranillo and Mazuelo.
4M represents 4 months of wood aging. Deep cherry red in color with a purple edge that
betrays its youth. In the nose aromas of ripe red fruit, fine patisserie and subtle
wood tones. The wine is structured with soft, sweet tannins and a long, intense finish. Perfect with grilled meats, stews or charcuterie.
BEAUVIGNAC - MERLOT - FRANCE
Deliciously full-bodied yet smooth 100% Merlot from the Languedoc region. The wine gives a powerful and harmonious feel on the palate. Dark in the glass with an 'autumnal' nose of wild blackberries and blackcurrants. Delicious with a piece of meat from the grill, cheese or just for drinks.

NICOSIA - PASSALUNA ROSSO - ITALY
An accessible tribute to the warm and sunny vineyards of Sicily. Made from Nero d'Avola and Syrah. The bright, ruby red color with purple hues, highlights a youthful freshness. The wine itself is soft and fruity, with light, supple tannins that offer pleasant structure without being too heavy. A versatile wine, it pairs well with a range of dishes; from light pasta dishes to pizza, grilled vegetables, and white meats.
VALDEMAR TEMPRANILLO - RIBERA DE DUERO - SPAIN
According to some, the ultimate area for the Tempranillo grape. It results
at least in this deep red wine with aromas of black currants, plums
and subtle hints of vanilla and tobacco. 5 months of wood aging, you can taste it! In the
mouth full and powerful, with ripe tannins and a long, balanced finish.
Perfect with grilled red meat, lamb dishes or aged cheeses.
RIPASSO - VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE - ITALY
We serve you this intense, ruby red wine. The bouquet is rich with a variety of red berries, cherries, spicy herbs and plums, combined with notes of chocolate, smoke and minerals. A classic Chianti Classico Riserva, made from the best Sangiovese grapes.

FERRATON LES PICHERES - AOC CROZES HERMITAGE - FRANCE
Characterful, powerful red wine made from 100% Syrah. The wine is aged for 10 months
in oak barrels and then 6 months in concrete cuves. You can smell an
expressive aroma of ripe red berries, violets and black pepper. In the mouth full
and powerful, with notes of blackcurrants, spices and a long,
balanced finish. Perfect with grilled red meat, lamb dishes or game.
FERRATON CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE - RHONE - FRANCE
Irresistibility in a glass. This red wine is made from Grenache

leather. On the palate powerful and refined with a long, elegant finish. This Barolo matures
at least 38 months, including 18 months in oak barrels. Our recommendation with rich
meat dishes, game or aged cheeses.
CAMPOGIOVANI - BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO - ITALY
Tuscan pride. We serve a powerful and refined red wine made from 100% Sangiovese.
Deep ruby red in color, with complex aromas of ripe cherries, plums, tobacco and leather.
On the palate full and rich, with firm but silky tannins and a long, elegant
finish. This Brunello is aged for a minimum of 36 months in Slavonian oak. Perfect to pair with grilled red meat, game dishes or aged cheeses.
CA 'BOTTA CAJO - AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA - ITALY
Intense wine with a deep red, almost black color. A modern start and a classic
finish. 36 months of wood aging. The aroma begins with powerful notes of blackberries and cherries.
Green pepper, dark chocolate, rosemary and honey give it the perfectly
balanced flavor that Amarone is known for. A feast for the tongue along with beef, lamb, game and blue cheese.
Dessert wines
PAUL MAS - MUSCAT DE RIVESALTES - FRANCE
This wine is known for its intensely fruity character and sweet, fragrant aromas, which perfectly embody the terroir and the
sun-drenched vineyards of Languedoc-Roussillon perfectly embody it. A perfect companion to
desserts such as fruity cakes, almond pastries, and crème brûlée. It is also an excellent match with blue cheeses or
simply as an ending to a meal.
NICOSIA - ZIBIBBO - ITALY
Grape variety Zibibbo (or Moscato d'Allesandria) is ideally suited for making a sweet wine. This elegant version of Nicosia is fortified; wine alcohol is added during fermentation. The wine has a golden-yellow color. The wine is aged for 5-6 months in wooden barrels. On the palate there are notes of almond and dried figs. An excellent dessert wine.
CHÂTEAU FILHOT SAUTERNES (2E CRU CLASSÉ) - FRANCE
A prestigious dessert wine from the Sauternes region in Bordeaux. Beautiful blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon
and Muscadelle. This wine belongs to the Deuxième Cru Classé of the famous classification of 1855, which
underscores its quality and historical value. The wine is known for its complex sweetness and intense
aromas, which are an impressive representation of Sauternes' unique terroir. Perfect with rich desserts
or dishes with blue cheeses such as Roquefort.

RAISIN - LOIRE - SPARKLING SAUVIGNON BLANC - FRANCE
A sparkling wine with a lively and aromatic character. The wine is pale yellow with slight golden hints. In the nose you will find notes of passion fruit, mango and more delicate notes of white fruits like peach and nectarine. The taste is very round, with notes of ripe fruit, nicely balanced by a refreshing bubble.

PAUL CHENEAU - CAVA BRUT - SPAIN
This beautiful Cava brings you spring in a glass with scents of spring flowers
and light fruit. After the nice long finish, this Spanish bubble has a deliciously
creamy finale. Not only as an aperitif, but also perfect in combination with shellfish,
dried ham and smoked fish.
PAUL CHENEAU - CAVA ROSÉ BRUT - SPAIN
A fresh rosé Cava that is full of life. The taste with fine acidity is followed by
a beautiful aftertaste. Be surprised by the full-bodied finish. The perfect opening of an
evening dining, but also a rosé combo with shrimp, seafood and Mediterranean rice dishes.
CREMANT DE LIMOUX - AOP CRÉMANT DE LIMOUX - FRANCE
A sophisticated sparkling wine from high altitude vineyards near the Pyrenees. Made
from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Chenin, this Crémant offers a bright, golden yellow color
with fine, elegant bubbles. The bouquet reveals aromas of white flowers, green apple,
honey and a touch of toast. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a harmonious balance
between fruitiness and acidity, and a long, refreshing finish. Perfect as an aperitif
or with light dishes such as seafood, salads and soft cheeses.
BIJOTAT CHAMPAGNE BRUT - CHAMPAGNE - FRANCE
Cheers with this refined Champagne from the family house Bernard Bijotat, produced
in the Vallée de la Marne. This cuvée is composed of 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay
and 10% Pinot Noir. In the glass, it shows a bright, golden yellow color et a fine mousse.
The bouquet reveals aromas of dried apricot, ripe grapes, vanilla and a hint of
brioche. In the mouth fresh and full, with a harmonious balance and a long, refreshing

bottle aging. Craftsmanship from a small family winery. In the glass it shows a bright,
salmon pink color with a fine mousse. The bouquet reveals aromas of ripe strawberries,
raspberries and a hint of red berries. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with a
harmonious balance and a long, refreshing finish. Perfect as an aperitif or with light

CHAMPAGNE RUINART - BLANC DE BLANCS - FRANCE
Chardonnay is the soul of Ruinart. Initially, the nose is very intense with fresh fruit notes, especially ripe citrus. The refinement comes on a second floral nose with notes of white flowers, white peaches and pineapple. Then follows a smooth, harmonious attack on the palate supported by a unique freshness. This Ruinart is a beautiful pale golden yellow with soft green reflections. A perfectly effervescent champagne for aperitifs, especially in spring and summer. LAURENT PERRIER ROSÉ - CHAMPAGNE - FRANCE
This Cuvée Rosé offers the richest and most subtle expression of Pinot Noir. Thanks to a
unique maceration method of 48 to 72 hours, this wine obtains its characteristic color and
expressive aromas. The bouquet reveals an abundance of red fruits such as raspberry,
